HEARTBEATS
HEARTBEATS is a collaborative, multidisciplinary project designed to foster kindness, self-care, respect and emotional intelligence among students. The project is structured into seven modules, through which students explore the importance of positive behaviour both at school and within their wider communities. By collaborating, sometimes even in transnational teams, students co-create art, storybooks, lead kindness campaigns, join hands-on webinars and practise mindfulness in nature. Each activity celebrates shared human experiences while honouring the unique and collective emotional “heartbeats” that connect us all.
